FX Racing Hobby Inc. attempt to keep all product info, images, prices and all other informations on our website as accurate as possible.  However, we don't guarantee that it's error-free and will not be liable for any discrepancy due to errors.

We reserves the right to make changes to any information in our site.  Prices and quantity of stock available are updated regularly, but should the stock becomes unavailable after your order is submitted, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order.  Notification will be sent to the e-mail address registered in your account.  We reserves the rights to cancel any orders at our own discretion.

Orders are only processed once payment is received.  At our discretion, some account might be subjected to additional security check which could cause slight delay in shipping out your order, including but not limited to, additional verification of credit card information.

QUESTIONS OR CHANGES TO RECENTLY PLACED ORDERS
If you have placed an order with FX Racing Hobby recently and need some information about it or would like to change it in some way, there are a number of ways you may contact us.  Please note that since we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, modifications may not always be possible depending on how much time has already elapsed.  You may check on the status of recently placed orders by sending an e-mail or contacting us by phone.

LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY
We accept no responsibility for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during operation of a radio-controlled model.  In most cases it is very difficult or impossible to determine whether crash damage was actually due to radio equipment failure or to operator error.  Also, we cannot be held responsible for any purchased components that are incorporated into radio systems or problems caused by incompatibility between radio components, parts.  All of the products we sell are intended for retail consumption by our customers and are not intended for resale ( Exeption: BTech-RC, Bearings, Team Titan goods ).  Any consequences arising out of the resale of merchandise purchased from FX Racing Hobby Inc. is the responsibility of the seller, not FX Racing Hobby Inc.
